Why are my breast sore????

My breast have been sore for about 3 weeks now i dont think i'm pregnant due to a regular period. What could it be?Why are my breast sore????
Have you recently changed/started the contraceptive pill? - as this can make your breats tender and sore.
Have you had any other tablets recently?
It could just be that you are developing - obviously i dont know your age either! So sorry if your older!
If they are really really sore, go and see your nurse - she wont necc look at them, just ask you some questions.
Your fella plays too rough with them.

How old are you? if you are a teenager it is because of increased hormones. If you are older, do a self breast exam and see what you find. Once again if this is a concern for you, go see your doctor.

Probably your spouse is putting too much pressure on them with his fingers. A gentle massage of the nipples or just rubbing the hands gently over them is all it needs.
