likely due to hormonal changes that your body is going through...doesn't affect everybody. Did your mom also have this problem? This also may not happen every month and may change (better or worse)as you grow older, with medications, after you have kids etc.
there are tons of changes in your body before your period. I get like that to it's normal but don't ask me why. It has to do with changes in chemical balances in your body espeically down bellow in both areas. So don't worry unless you took a big dose of u-no- poo from harry potter
