When you stop taking BCP's,you can have irregular periods, and you are also susceptible for an unplanned pregnancy,so you will need a alternate birth control method.I think you will have to see your MD to get this sorted out,or call around to find a low cost "clinic" in your area, that is run by Registered Nurse Practitioners. Take care. SW RNP
It usually takes 2-3 months for your body to become regulated again, after stopping the pill. As you stopped them in Oct, and it's been 4 months and your periods are not normal, you really need to see your doctor. It's very possible a hormonal imbalance is occurring, of which a simple blood test would show this. Most doctors/clinics are willing to work out a monthly payment plan that fits your budget so I would most definately get this looked into.
