Why do my breast hurt so bad?

okay my breast hurt real bad they are tender and swollen. they hurt when i wear bras and even when i dont
im not on my period or about to be, they arent growing(or at least they havent grown in two yrs, im 18) im not pregnant(test was neg.) thank you for the help..=)Why do my breast hurt so bad?
you should look at the answers to the question you already asked about your breasts..
it could be Premenstual Syndrome, they are growing, or you could be pregnant and took the test too early
and some girls' urine doesn't carry enough of the hormone used to detect a right home test and could need to give blood to know if you are for sure pregnant, don't rely on just one test

Just kidding... It is normally causes by changes in hormones.
Your hormones fluctuate even if you are not menstral
It's called fibrocystic breast syndrome. You probably have benign cysts in your breasts that are not dangerous but can make them very sore, usually worse in the week and a half before your period, but they can give you trouble throughout your cycle. The two things that have helped me immensely are taking a B-Complex vitamin every day and going on the birth control pill (the regular one, not the low-dose hormone version).
I have this problem too and what helped me was drinking alot more water.
