Why did my period stop and restart again?

it was like 3 or 4 days...and thats a short period for me. then later on in day 4 it started again. and now it keeps seeming like its going to stop and then it starts again. and the blood got brownish so i knew it was over. this is weird. anyone know what it is?Why did my period stop and restart again?
It could be your body. Are you under a lot of stress? This happens to me a lot. If it is really concerning you, consult your doctor.
hormones can cause this but also this happened to me right before I found out I was pregnant. If that could be a possibility then get a test. If not then wait until your next cycle. If the same thing happens, I would contact my DR. to rule out any medical reasons for this.
sounds like you need to see a Dr and get a D&C done to clean the uterus out there isnt anything wrong just some women need to do this once in awhile
Even a change in diet or something like that can through your hormones off. And sometimes as we age your body adjusts and does weird things.
