A girls vaginal lips do not enlarge. They may seem to puff up a bit if you get sexually excited but the do not enlarge or anything at all like a man's penis getting stiff. Just and FYI but men have a penis not a stick.

but.....
a girls genitalia is very different from a boys. the lips do not enlarge, but they will change as a woman gets older. sometimes friction can give a slight change too as the arousal through friction opens up blood vessels, but there really isn't that much of a difference, at least in the context you speak of.
the clitoris however, does enlarge through friction.
no such thing, excpt my litps got alot biger when i had braces, and there still pretty big, but in a very good way
