When i get my period my vagina gets this strange sour smell, is this normal?
I like saying that it's not so fresh smelling. Yes this is normal. But if you have any itching you may want to check it out with your doctor.

u normally have an odor during ur period but if it bothers u go to ur gyn doctor
there is a distinctive odor when you menstruate, b/c of constant oxidation of the blood that you are shedding. However, this is why diligent hygiene is key.
It is normal...it does get a funky smell while on ur period...if it persists afterwards...see a dr.
