Who knows where to find a safe teen diet that won't make you like anorexic or something?
First of all there's not a specific type of diet that would make you anorexic or something. Food disorders come from an obsession to control things like your weight but what you don't realize in this cases is that the food is the one controlling you.
Back on track, if you're a teenager what I would recommend you is to try to eat healthy and exercise above all, these will help you to speed up your metabolism and then you'll start to lose way without following a diet. The key is balance you can eat everything you want but in small portions and if you exercise regularly you won't have a problem with your weight.
Most food disorders appear in your teenage, so that's why it is not appropriate to try so many different diets at this age.
HOW ABOUT NO DIET!!! DIETS SUCK AND ARE BAD 4 UR BODY GURL!! JUST EAT HEALTHY ITS NOT A DIET ITS JUST A CHANGE OF LIFE STYLE! NO PROCESSED FOOD OR FAST FOOD NO MORE JUNK FOOD! CONVINCE YOUR FAMILY TO CHANGE THEIR EAT HABITS/HEALTH! EAT ONLY LEAN MEAT AND FISH EAT ONLY WHOLE GRAINS LOTS OF VEGGIES AND FRUIT 4 EACH A DAY!! LOTS OF WATER NOOOOOO SODA IT REALLY DAMAGES UR BODY! GO ON LINE AND GOOGLE CAUSES OF CANCER AND PREVENTING CANCER ITS ALL ABOUT WHAT U EAT! PLEASE CONSIDER THIS AND TELL UR PARENTS ABOUT WHAT U FIND! GOOD LUCK SWEETIE ^_^
It's best to discuss this with a doctor. That way you can work out a plan including healthy foods and portions and healthy excercise. They can help you to adapt this plan to your lifestyle. There are also a lot of great books out there on healthy eating and healthy lifestyles. that you could look into. I'd talk with a doctor before making any decisions though
