i don't. i engage in afterplay most of the time. it makes the glow last longer....
Everyone says it's to relax but it's such a misnomer since nicotine is a STIMULANT! I prefer to burn a J after sex or b4 lol.

and ok well ppl who smoke do ...........oh cuz they been fu kin for ever so they need a cig ;)

it's like eating-it's relaxing and enjoyable-kind of like the topping on dessert- I don't smoke use to long time ago.

That would probably be the time to have a cigarette only if you are a smoker. Otherwise, I would just skip it if I were you. The "afterglow" doesn't make such a habit any healthier for you.
