It's normal for you vagina to be wet, that's why they make pantiliners. If the wetness is clear or white, you should be okay, but if it's really yellow, green, or gray then you should go to a doctor. As far as the smell it depends on what kind of smell it is. Women have a natural smell, just like the wetness, but if the smell doesn't go away after a good shower then you should be concerned. If in doubt, go to the doctor to get checked out.
